Aug 06, 2020 · Witches gulch can be accessed by car - it's on the frontage road between Chula Vista resort and the boat dealership. The sign is very small and is easier to see if you are coming from Chula Vista. The $3.00 per person admission is very expensive for a 5 minute walk to the river.
